Viera Pools and Outdoor Living builds luxury pools and outdoor spaces for new home construction neighborhoods built by Viera Builders. Step 1: Design

Our sales and design team is composed of seasoned professionals that will help guide you through the process to maximize the value of your investment while working within your budget. We help to visualize your dreams and ideas by creating 3D renderings from 2D plans. We use your actual home model plan as a design starting point, so you can see exactly how your pool and outdoor living concepts fit in with the rest of your home design.

Viera Pools offers unique designs tailored for each homeowner’s personality and style and engineered to fit on each individual lot configuration. We offer a large selection of material types and colors, allowing the pool and outdoor living area to complement the colors and style of the home.

Step 2: Contract Documents, Plans & Permitting

Once the design is created and colors and finishes are selected, we will execute 7 pool contract documents (PCDs) to make sure all parties are well coordinated before construction begins. We use the latest document management platforms for ease of documents review and digital signatures.

The design will first go to our CAD drafters to ensure all measurements and details are incorporated in the plans. From there, CAD drawings are reviewed for accuracy, then sent to our engineering trade partners for engineered stamped drawings production. Lastly, the plans and specifications are submitted to the local building department agencies for the building permit applications.

Step 3: Construction

With literally hundreds of years of combined experience, our management, construction and trade partner team is second to none. We are passionate and take pride in our work. Since we are entirely focused on servicing Viera Builders, we are on site every single day to monitor construction activities and maintain quality assurance. We take extra steps such as over-excavating around the pool shells to be able to properly backfill and compact in lifts from the bottom of the pool shell all the way to the top. This helps to protect against settlement and cracked pool decks. We backfil your pool using the same process they use when they backfill bridge abutments on the I-4 project!

Step 4: Pool Fill and Startup

The first 30 days after filling a pool is critical. The pool finish plaster compounds continue to cure under water. For this first 30 days, our professional pool service trade partners will maintain the pool to ensure that the water chemistry is maintained within strict parameters.

Step 5: Pool School

Close to closing time, we conduct a pool school with the homeowners where we review the pool equipment operation and best practices for maintaining the pool.
